James and Heather Taylor were trading as Bobbys Bangers selling award winning sausages and dry cured bacon, Richard Brown was working the street food circuit serving delicious moroccan street food. On chatting after one too many chance meetings at street food events and on markets they joined forces and created Bangers and Bacon.
Entering it into Allied Londons street food incubator 'The Kitchens' they battled through the year to win and get help and support from Allied to launch Beastro.
